Backup MySQL databases using MySQL Workbench

Step 1.
Connection to the database server.

Click Manage Import / Export under Server Administration on 
the right of the Workbench window.

Step4:

1. Select Perticular Database of your choice. 
2. Select Database Objects to Export section.
3. If you need to backup Full database, Select Dump store procedure and function,Dump Events,Dump Triggers options.
4. Database objects will be exported into a single file. select Self-Contained file.
5. Finally Click start Export
