Wedding Planning Tips and Tricks

1. Matrimonial Booking / Seeking Bride groom (Marriage Proposal FOTO to be ready)

2. Select Profile  -match Horoscope.

3. If Horoscope matched- discuss with bridegroom Parents

4. When Discussion satisfied mutually Made enquiries about BG through Known Circle.

5. Once Enquiries positive about BG fix a date for bride /groom to see each other.

6. After everybody's satisfaction ,visit each other houses for formal enquiries

7. Discuss about marriage date /engagement date  and other formalities

8. Fix a hall for Engagement - Arrange catering and photography /transportation.

9. Invite friends and relatives for the function -engagement

10. Prepare breakfast /dinner on the Engagement day for limited members who stayed at house.

11. Fix a Date for Marriage / Venue /discuss the expenses borne by whom and what % by each side

12. Start searching for Marriage Hall ,Venue as per our capacity (budget Estimated)

13. Prepare Budget for MARRIAGE & Arrange Finance to meet all the expenses

14. Fix a Hall for Marriage on select Muhurat Date (as per Gurukkal's advice) and Pay advance (in full or partial as per mandapa Owner's policy)

15. Prepare List of Close relatives /Relatives /Friends /Colleagues/ex-colleagues/Class mates of all the famly members.

16. Decide No.of Invitations to prepare

17. Design the words /pattern of Invitation and decide budget and place order for printing Invitations.

18. Plan distribution of Invitation - State /City /area /road wise  invitees location and fix date and days for distribution.

19. Prepare budget for Jwells - New & exchange of existing jwell 

20. Do the purchase on auspious day -invite close relatives and arrange transportation/lunch etc

21. Fix a muhurtham day to purchase Dress -Pattu sarees (by Bride groom side) / Dress for Bridegroom (plan Suit /kurta or latest model available)

22. Do Purchase on the specic day for Dress/Saree purchase for Bride groom/bride and relatives

23. Arrange contractors for catering / Decoration / Fotography /Videography / Gurukkal / Nadaswaram 

24. Arrange for Garlands /Flowers for the Mappilai Azhaippu / Thirumangalya Thaaranam.

25. Arrange transportation / Food and accommodation for outstation guests.

26. Allocate fund for Daughter -Post marriage Seervarisai like Furnitures /Sarees etc

27. Arrange Makeup woman/man for wedding day

28. Arrange Post-marriage Program for going up and down to Bride groom Place - Book tickets inadvance -return ticket also / decide no.of persons to accompany with  newly married couple

29. Reserve some fund on WEDDING DAY to meet un-estimate/un expected expenses.

30. Day before and on WEDDING DAY…….

31. Plan for Ground arrangement incl. staying /lunch/dinner for guests and their commuting

32. Delegate responsibilities /job profile to relatives/friends

33. make sure all their mobiles with fully charged by both amount/power

34. allocate fund for own vehicles for petrol who delegated with the above responsibilities
