Step 1: Download the Aadhaar Correction form and take a printout

Step 2: Mention your 12-digit unique identification number, name, guardian’s name, address, city, district, post office, state and pin code

Step 3: It is mandatory to enter your mobile number that is operational

Step 3: Attach photo copy of your Aadhar.

Step 4: Once you complete filling all the details, sign the form or provide a thumbprint

Step 5: Now visit your nearest Taluk office, Submit your Application.
