How to Cancellation of MOD.
Normally Banker asks to register the MOD on immovable property in respect of the loan given by them.
If the loan is closed after particular years then how the MOD will be closed?
What is the procedure to be followed by the borrower to remove the holding of banker(Cancel the MOD) in the records of Registrar?
Solution:
1. Close the loan Accounts.
2. Release the documents from your bank.
3. Must Collect MOD Document also
4. Ask to Banker to Canellation of MOD.
5. Banker set the perticular date of visiting register office.
6. Next Collect Banker ID Proof and the details of
..Banker Name
..S/O Or D/O or W/O
..Designation of Bankers
7. Visit the register office choose the document writter to give the MOD Register Document and photo copy of Two witness id proof.(four Signature Required)
8. The Document Writter upload the details of https://tnreginet.gov.in Web Site and get the token.
9. The Bankers come to the register office to Cancel the MOD.
