Online patta name change in tamilnadu | Patta name transfer

Note: online option not available.

You can go and apply the Patta transfer with the following documents 
to the e-service centers available in Taulk offices,Cooperative bank.

Required Documents:

1. Copy of Document(for scanning and verification)
2. Copy of the parent document
3. Online EC (or) EC taken from sub-registrar office from the date of registration of the deed.
4. Copy of old Patta (It can be obtained from TN eservices website).
5. Aadhar Copy.

Next visit your V.A.O office.

Give the All Copy of above documents with e-service application.

Village Administrative Officer or Revenue Inspector or Field Surveyer
Approving the Application.

Next visit your Taluk office.

Give the Application.
