First Copy Your existing StickyNote, following path
Example:

Run-> %AppData%\Microsoft\Sticky Notes\StickyNotes.snt  
Or
run-> %AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes\StickyNotes.snt

OR

Goto C:\Users\Your user name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes and copy StickyNotes.snt

Next
You can Restore the StickyNotes.snt on your Desired System (Just Paste copied file).

Goto C:\Users\Your user name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes and Paste StickyNotes.snt

** Now, Launch Sticky Notes **
