Agri EB Line Apply step by step procedure

1. The applicant should fill up the application as per the format enclosed.
Or 
2. Ownership Certificate issued by Village Administrative Officer (VAO).
3. Sketch showing the location of the well issued by V.A.O.  (V.A.O visit your land)
4. Topo Sketch showing the location of the subdivision.
5. Chitta, Adangal
6. Patta/Sale Deed. 
7. If the well is located near, the well/bore well of the Government, river,
    Hydro Electric Project area than necessary “No Objection Certificate” issued by V.A.O 
8. Pledge agreement.
9. Passport Size Photo
10. Collect above All Documents, GOTO your Head EB office give the application to concern officer.. (Monday, Thursday Only Accept the Application)
11. Verified your documents
12. Next goto Superintending Engineer (in the Same eb office) approved the application.
13. 1st step Completed
14. Tneb internally forward the application to your local Eb office. (It takes one week)
15. The local Eb office assistant engineer visits your land.
16. Assistant engineer Approved the Application Next internal send the application to your Head Eb office. (It takes 2 or 3 days)
17. concern officer set particular Datetime to application Registration. That time visit your Head Eb office.
18. Pay the Application Fees RS.118. Take the Xerox of the receipt and give it to the Eb officer.
19. Acknowledgement slip will be issued. 
20. Completed All the processes.
** Wait **
21. The government will announce the agricultural eb-line scheme in due course. 
At that time you can choose your favorite scheme.
22. you select tatkal scheme means various schemes are there, 
For example, you select 7.5 HP means take Rs.275000 DD. 
23. after that visit your head eb office. 
24. Tatkal application form available at Eb office. Fill it up. Then Enclosure DD Xerox, receipt of Rs.118, and Application Approval Form xerox.
25. give it to the Supervising Engineer in the same office. He will sign.
26. Then submit the application to the Concern EP Officer, who will fill in the details online.
Then give him the original DD and he will give you the receipt. Take the Xerox and give it to him.

** Return to your home **

27. In a few days the local EB office assistant engineer will visit your land. He will see how many poles are needed or any other transformer.
28. They will set up electric poles and carry out fieldwork.
29. Next, He will then write down what wiring material is needed.
30. Inform the local EB office after buying materials.  The staff at the local EB office will finish the electrical work.
31. Next, submit the LT agreement Form. After that
Your motor and capacitor bills will also be submitted.

** Will give the EB line on specific days ** 
(You have to pay the labor fee.)
