how to fix JIO calling problems
Check the following steps:
1. Ensure that you have completed the tele-verification (dialing 1977).
2. Please Update Android os or IOS Software.
3. Goto Network setting, Select 4g LTE And also select voLTE
(To improve voice quality of voice Calls)
4. Check if your phone is compatible with JIO 4G LTE or VOLTE. if your phone is only available LTE, Install JIO 4GVoice Call Apps to make calls.
If VoLTE is not available, then you have to keep your mobile data ON at all times.
